Second time using PackRat for moves from Atlanta to Florida and back. Totally satisfied both times. Drivers always cheerful and placed the pods exactly where we wanted them.

Everyone I had contact with at Pack Rat was professional and the whole process ran smoothly on this long distance move. The lady that help me decide the size of containers and schedule Hire a Helper was really helpful. My 1 recommendation would be to get a slightly bigger container than you might think you need - it isn't that much more expensive and its better to be able to take all your stuff rather than have to leave some of the stuff that doesn't fit.

I mostly liked using PODS. I would give 5 stars but my only complaint was the pricing. I found the way they priced things was too complex and difficult to really understand.

Amazing value! Efficient, professional, and friendly. We asked for things to be loaded in a specific order, which they successfully did, all while also loading h truck securely so nothing got damaged. Highly recommend and we will be using them again in the future!

Truck was good. It rode like a truck (haha) but was very clean. I thought the gas mileage was decent. It was easy to book, easy to pick up and easy to drop off (one way rental). I chose Penske because of reputation and proximity to where I was living. I would use them again.

Exceptional customer service! The local operators I dealt with were so friendly and nice and understanding -- even when I called to say I was freaking out about not having enough cubes, they took the time to go through it with me and not rush me through a decision. I was so glad I chose U-Pack for this reason. I ended up with 4 cubes for our 2-bdrm (which is more than they recommend, but we have a lot of books and other things :) which fit within two normal-sized parking spots at our apt. complex, so it worked out perfectly! They were also very understanding and accommodating about when the cubes would be picked up and delivered, which is making our move so much easier. Would definitely use them again.

ABF managed to navigate our very narrow street, thanks to their on-board fork lift. Their dispatch team was able to accommodate our schedule to ensure we had plenty of time to load-up our UPack Relocubes before pickup. They were able to get the cubes loaded into a very tight area, off-street.

My experience was good with Budget was good. The truck worked out well and everyone I talked to was professional. My only thought was that the truck was a little run down and could use a steering wheel alignment.

Felt a bit rushed on the pick up end. The document I had to sign was hard to read. Very few details provided about the vehicle or 'rules'. The drop off was fine.

I have always used this service as they are the most cost effective way of moving your goods bar none. Do not hesitate in using this service along with Hire a Helper as you will not believe how easy and cost effective moving a home is.

Once I called Penske and reserved a truck, I was put in contact with a national broker who provided me with movers on both ends. Fabulous communication between everyone involved and the movers were very experienced, wrapped and secured all furniture and not one item was damaged upon destination. Highly recommend for your next move.

Every Upack person I talked to was very helpful, responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. 4 stars because their 2-day guaranteed delivery wasn't met, and because it was a Friday the items were then 3 days late. However they reimbursed me $750 for the fee to reschedule our laborers at the destination location and for additional expenses and hardship for not having our items for an extra 3 days. The other reason for 4 stars was that even though I called as directed, the destination location was not ready for us to unload on time and we had to wait an extra hour, with the laborers to help us unload being on the clock during that time. One nice feature is being able to have some tracking information for your trailer, as you can look on their site or call to have them tell you where and when the trailer last checked in.

Reserving my 26-ft truck was easy. Pickup was very easy as employees were very pleasant and helpful. I even purchased some extra items there like a flat screen TV moving box and some extra bubble wrap. Truck was in good shape and seemed fairly new (maybe 44K miles or so on it). It drove easy once I got used to it and had USB charging ports which were critical for maps and directions from my cell phone. Return was fairly quick and easy and they even refunded me for a couple boxes of unused/unopened bubble wrap. I initially reserved a truck with Budget but when I called to confirm that it would be ready at the agreed upon pickup time, they told me they would not have the truck until almost 3-hrs later that I reserved. I then cancelled with Budget and went with Uhaul. So glad I did. Uhaul delivered what they promised.
